We clean every home with care and attention to detail. Your comfort matters to us, and we want you to enjoy the feeling of coming back to a truly clean space.

Kitchen

  • Sweep and mop floor

  • Clean stove top and all counter surfaces

  • Wipe outside of cabinets

  • Clean sink and (reasonable number) of dishes

Bedrooms

  • Sweep, mop and/or vacuum floor

  • Dust all surfaces including furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, and ceiling fans

We don’t charge hourly—our focus is on thorough, careful cleaning.

Pricing varies by service type and frequency. One-time deep cleanings require more time than recurring weekly or monthly service.

  • There is no estimated average length for a cleaning, as all homes are different. We give ourselves enough time to do a very thorough cleaning.

    When booking your first cleaning, please keep in mind that it might take at least several hours for service to be complete.

  • We recommend that you meet the cleaner at the beginning of service so that you can show them your home, where you keep your supplies, and give any special instructions. Unless you wish to, it’s not necessary to remain for the duration of the cleaning.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the cleaner at least 24 hours in advance via text message.

  • Please inspect the space before the cleaner leaves so that any oversights can be corrected. If you are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact the office within 24 hours of the service.

  • Please call us within 24 hours of your cleaning visit. If you are dissatisfied, the cleaning provider(s) can return within 72 hours of the first visit to do any unfinished work.

Vista Limpia Cleaning Co. is a family-run cleaning service based in Manhattan, proudly serving Washington Heights, nearby neighborhoods, and the rest of the borough. We’ve called this area home for over 30 years and bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and private cleaning.

We understand how busy life in NYC can be, and how important it is to come home to a place that feels clean and calm. Our process is simple: clear communication, reliable service, and thoughtful cleaning done right.
